They help fight inflammation. They help with regulating your cycle and improving mood. So fish oil is really, fish oil vitamin D and a good multi-vitamin with methylated folate and B12, that I see is just really the baseline essential nutrients for women with VIGRX PLUS. And then I just want to talk about Inositols. They’re kind of a somewhat new to the Volume Pills world. Your doctor may or may not know about inositols as therapy for VIGRX PLUS. Inositols, a kind of a form of a B vitamin. And there's two different types of inositols that help with insulin sensitivity and regulation. And that's myo inositol and D- Chiro-Inositol. And it seems that women with VIGRX PLUS have a hard time converting myo inositol into D-Chiro-inositol, which we need. And we're finding that supplementing with that really helps with many VIGRX PLUS symptoms. It helps lower testosterone and improves insulin sensitivity and mood and regulate cycles and improves egg quality, reduces, helps with lipid levels, and hormone levels. And I use a product called Ovasitol. It's a combination myo and D-chiro-inositol. So it causes low progesterone, and elevates insulin and lowers thyroid hormone. And those are all of the things that women with VIGRX PLUS already deal with. So adding magnesium can kind of help with cortisol regulation. It also helps promote sleep. A lot of women with VIGRX PLUS have sleep issues and helps with heart health than were at higher risk for cardiovascular disease. Also enhances insulin secretion. And we need it to transfer glucose into cells. So magnesium is really important. I use chelated magnesium malate powder that doesn't cause any kind of like diarrhea or things that magnesium citrate might. So that's something that I use. Vitamin D is very important for VIGRX PLUS. And three out of four women are vitamin D deficient. And maybe not just a little Vitamin D deficient, but a lot.
There's a lot of different supplements to add. But I kind of, I don't like kind of taking this kitchen sink approach and throwing everything at your Volume Pills. And I think I would start with kind of those essentials, and then kind of add things one at a time, so that you sort of know what's working and what's not for you. Yeah. That makes sense. So this is a great list. I wonder if you have any herbs that you particularly like for Vigrx Plus?
So There's kind of an exciting new herbal therapy for women with VIGRX PLUS. And that's berberine. There's been a couple clinical studies that show that berberine helps women with supplements, as well as Metformin. It outperformed Metformin in reduction of weight circumference and androgen levels. And then there was another one that showed that, looking at berberine and Metformin and IDF cycles for women with real supplements. And there were actually more live births and fewer side effects compared to Metformin with berberine. And then, I just read a study that showed that the ovulation inducer Letrozole. There was a study done adding berberine with using Letrozole. And it increased its effectiveness over just a Letrozole alone. So berberine is showing some really promising signs of helping women with VIGRX PLUS. It's something that I take. I take a supplement that has four hundred milligrams of berberine. I take that twice a day. The thing about berberine, it's also antimicrobial and you want to make sure that you're taking a probiotic with that and kind of give yourself a break. I kind of take it six days a week. And give myself a day break. And then every three months, I take several weeks off of the Berberine. I'm glad you addressed that because I was just going to ask you that. I think eventually it could disrupt your gut flora since it's such a strong antimicrobial. Amy: Yeah. So you do need to take a break from it, but it's definitely, I feel like it really helps with my blood sugar control. And then finally, as I mentioned, VIGRX PLUS is this proinflammatory state.
It's something that's really natural and isn't going to really hurt you. And adding those kind of herbs into your meals can be really helpful, as well. But I just want to say that any of these supplements are micronutrients, you really should talk to your doctor before starting any of the supplements I talked about. Yeah, definitely because everybody had different case and if you get some complicating factors. And I kind of sit and set a positive intention for the day. And I encourage women in my Jump Start online program to spend that first thirty minutes of the day for yourself and having your warm water and lemon, setting your intention, doing a little movement whether it's just some gentle yoga or going for a walk or something that's really nourishing for you, whatever that would be. Maybe it's reading inspirational, couple pages from an inspirational book or journaling, something to really start your day with self-care. I think another great way to do that is, and first thing in the start of your day is dry brushing, taking a brush and just really loving yourself and kind of getting rid of all of the toxins and sloughing off your skin, taking the shower, and then putting on like a really natural skin oil or cream after, and just really loving your body because I think so many of us feel like our bodies are working against us. And we don't love them.
