Can You Get a Boner While Wearing the Phallosan, and What Will Happen If You Do?

Yes, you can get an erection while wearing the extender and it is completely safe. No harm will come to your boner, the Phallosan Forte has a condom sleeve that consist of a medical grade material latex-free which is made to expand. Are there different ways you can wear the Phallosan Forte?

The Phallosan forte can be worn in two different positions, but really only one is the more practical choice during daytime activities, like working. And the choice I’m referring to is worn around the waist, this position prements for stretching to the left and right. Being around the waist makes it easier to conceal.

The other position is around your foot, although limited to nighttime wear, I found this position to very helpful to my gains. Attaching the ring to one of your feet allows for a vertical stretch. The vertical position is obviously a little harder to hide, seeing as how it’s around your foot.

Could My Penis Be Too Small To Fix The Phallosan?

Absolutely not! This penis extender has NO minimum size. The vacuum that’s created by the condom sleeve uses the suction to keep your penis in the right place. NO such thing as too small of a penis to get sized by the phallosan.

How Long After I Start Using The Phallosan Will I See Results?

The results from the clinical trials start at 3 months . The average size gain in length is 1.41 inches. And the average increase with girth is 0.59 inches and those results are with a wearing time of 6 hours a day for 5 days.

The highest gain reported was after 6 months of use, wearing it for 9 hours a day, 6 days a week. Greatest gain in length was recorded at 1.9 inches and in girth 0.98 inches.

How Many Hours and Days are Required To Get Results?

You need to wear the penis extender for at least 6 hours a day for 5 days a week. Phallosan says if you can’t wear the extender for 6 hours a day it is a waste of your time if you want to see “real enlargement”.

Is It Necessary that I Wear the Protector Caps?

Nope, the protector cap more of optional and personal preference sort of  a thing. I myself do not wear it,  I find it a little annoying. But, with said it is provided for a reason and that is to protect your penis from getting blisters.

​Some guys have reported getting some small blisters without the use of the protector cap.  I found it is helpful to get an erection every couple of hours intermittently through your stretching routine as to avoid minor tissue irritant.

How Frequent Should You Be Changing The Positions?

You should be doing both positions(horizontal & vertical directions) in equal amounts. I alternate days, I find it easier to keep track of what position I just did.  

Can You Wear The Phallosan Without it Being Detected?

It can definitely go unnoticed, that’s the beauty behind this product. Especially if you’re wearing one of the two smaller sized bells. My clothes all fix to size and I don’t have a problem with anyone staring at my pants or that have seemed to have notice anyway. But, I would imagine if you walk out wearing some skinny jeans while wearing the extender some folks might look at you a little strange.

​I  don’t think you can get away with wearing anything too tight. And if you wearing the larger bell, I would recommend wearing looser fitting clothes, just to insure you don’t get any unwanted attention. In my personal experience, the phallosan has been comfortable to wear and has gone undetected in the public eye.

Should I Wear the Phallosan Forte While I Sleep?

Yes,yes and yes! One of the best benefits yet. This option allows you to get 8 hours of stretching in while you slumber. That potentially gives you an extra 8 hours a day, which amounts to faster results; if you so choose. The more time you put into stretching your penis the quicker you see your results. Sleeping with extender for 8 hours, then work with it on and the hours add up real fast.

Should I Be Doing Kegels While Wearing The Phallosan?

It will only help you gain faster results. Adding kegels into your routine helps assist in receiving quicker results by stretching out your tunica. Which, in return  provides a more effective way of  stretching and thus gaining length at a faster pace. So, yes by all means throw some kegels into the mix and speed your growth up.

Can it Treat Peyronie’s Disease?
